RAM
Ram is an incarnation of Vishnu, as is Krishna, and the central hero of the epic The Ramayana. Celebrated as the embodiment of righteousness, virtue, courage, and devotion to duty, he demonstrated unwavering integrity throughout his life. Even in the face of great hardship, he honored his responsibilities as a son, husband, leader, and protector. His story serves as a timeless example of living according to truth, compassion, and moral principles. His story includes his banishment to the forest for fourteen years and his subsequent quest to rescue his wife, Sita. With the help of Hanuman and many others, he ultimately saved her by defeating Ravana, the king of the rakshasas. Revered as an ideal king and a symbol of noble character, Ram represents the values of honor, self-discipline, devotion, and the victory of good over evil. Ram is also widely revered as a sacred sound. Chanting the mantra "Ram" is a traditional practice used to steady the mind, gather attention inward, and cultivate deep inner peace.
