PARVATI

Parvati is respected as the embodiment of divine love, devotion, fertility, beauty, and spiritual power. She is the consort of Shiva and part of the Tri-Devi, along with Laksmi and Saraswati. According to Hindu tradition, Parvati was born as the daughter of Himavan, the lord of the Himalayas, and devoted herself to intense spiritual practices to win Shiva's love and companionship. Their union symbolizes the harmony of consciousness and energy. Parvati is also understood to be the source from which many other goddesses manifest. Her powerful forms include Durga, who defeats demonic forces threatening cosmic order, and Kali, who destroys ignorance and ego. She is also the mother of Ganesh and Kartikeya. Parvati represents both worldly prosperity and spiritual wisdom. She is worshipped as a compassionate mother who guides devotees toward strength, love, and self-realization.
