THICH NHAT HANH
Thich Nhat Hanh was a Buddhist monk, teacher, and peace advocate whose writings and teachings brought mindfulness to people around the world. Drawing from the teachings of the Buddha, he emphasized being fully present in each moment and cultivating awareness in everyday life. He taught that mindfulness, compassion, and deep understanding are the foundation of personal transformation and peaceful relationships. Thich Nhat Hanh met and collaborated with other influential spiritual leaders, including Martin Luther King Jr. and Thomas Merton.
