Who Am I?

Who Am I? is a concise collection of teachings from the Indian sage Ramana Maharshi centered on the practice of Self-Inquiry, or Atma Vichara. Rather than asking the question as an intellectual exercise, Ramana encourages seekers to turn attention inward and investigate the source of the sense of "I." Through this direct examination of consciousness, he taught that the separate ego can be understood and ultimately transcended, revealing the deeper Self. Simple yet profound, the work offers a direct approach to meditation and spiritual self-discovery.
