The Unknown Life of Jesus Christ is a nineteenth-century work by Nicolas Notovitch that says Jesus spent part of his early life traveling through India and Tibet, where he encountered Buddhist and Hindu teachings. Notovitch said he discovered an ancient manuscript describing these travels at a monastery.The book has remained part of modern discussions about possible connections between Eastern spirituality and the teachings of Jesus.
