Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing gentle, nonjudgmental attention to what is happening in the present moment. This can include awareness of the breath, body, thoughts, emotions, surroundings, or everyday activities. By learning to notice experience as it unfolds rather than constantly being lost in the past or future, mindfulness can cultivate clarity, presence, compassion, and greater awareness of daily life.
