BUDDHA

Gautama Buddha, known as the Buddha or “the Awakened One,” was a spiritual teacher who lived in ancient India. Born as Siddhartha Gautama, he left behind a life of comfort to seek a deeper understanding of human suffering and the path to lasting peace. Through years of meditation and spiritual practice, he attained enlightenment and dedicated his life to sharing his insights with others. The Buddha taught that suffering can be overcome through wisdom, mindfulness, ethical living, and compassion. His teachings emphasize inner transformation, self-awareness, and freedom from attachment and ignorance. Revered around the world, he remains a timeless symbol of peace, wisdom, and spiritual awakening.
